Hard Rock prides itself on being a champion of safety with daily job site inspections. If a safety issue arises, it is dealt with swiftly, right on the job site. In addition, frequent safety meetings are held for mechanics, heavy equipment operators, and supervisors. Strict DOTD compliance for Hard Rock truck drivers is also enforced. Accident Prevention Plans are updated frequently and the safety of citizens as well as work crews is of utmost concern on job sites. Extreme working conditions and changes in traffic flow are managed with caution and care utilizing the appropriate signage and barricades.
